Sometimes it's simply not the right fit. That's okay.

You can return your Guimi order within 14 days of receiving it. Just let us know within those 14 days that you'd like to make a return.

1. How to make a return

Start your return through our returns page.

Once your return has been approved, we'll send you a prepaid DHL return label or QR code. Pack your items securely, preferably using the original packaging, and drop the parcel off at a DHL Paketshop.

2. Return shipping

For regular returns, the cost of our prepaid return label is deducted from your refund: Germany €4.90; other EU countries €9.90.

So, for example, if your refund is €39.90 and you're returning from Germany using our return label, we'll refund €35.00.

You don't have to use our return label. You can also arrange and pay for the return yourself. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

3. Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@byguimi.com before returning it.

For justified claims concerning faulty or incorrectly delivered items, you won't pay the return shipping costs. We'll arrange the return with you.

4. Your refund

Once your return reaches us, we'll check the items and process your refund to your original payment method.

We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving them. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

For a statutory withdrawal, your legal rights under our right of withdrawal notice remain unaffected.
