Right of withdrawal

Language notice

This Right of Withdrawal is available in both English and German. The English version is provided to make the information accessible to our English-speaking customers. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the German version shall prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Guimi UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Matterhornstraße 53, 14129 Berlin, Germany, email hello@byguimi.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website or the model withdrawal form below for this purpose. However, use of the model withdrawal form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you use our prepaid return label, the return shipping costs are €4.90 for returns from Germany and €9.90 for returns from other EU countries. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
